¡¡Description

¡¾Composition¡¿This product contains Avian pox virus Quail-adapted strain (CVCC AV1003) with low virulence and weak virulence.The virus content of each feather shall not be less than 104.0 eid50.

¡¾Character¡¿It is spongy and loose, easy to be separated from the bottle wall, and quickly dissolved after adding diluent.

¡¾Function and Use¡¿Used to prevent chicken pox. The immune period of adult chickens was 5 months and that of newborn chickens was 2 months.

¡¾Usage and Dosage¡¿The seeds were pricked subcutaneously on the inner side of wings without blood vessels. According to the bottle label, the feather portion was diluted with normal saline, and the diluted vaccine was dipped with chicken pox needle. The chicks aged 20-30 days were inoculated with one injection; chickens over 30 days old were inoculated with 2 injections; 6-20 days old chickens were inoculated with 1-fold diluted vaccine. On 3-4 days after inoculation, slight swelling and scab appeared at the prick

¡¾Adverse reactions¡¿Generally, no adverse reactions were observed.

¡¾Precautions¡¿

1. After dilution, the vaccine should be placed in a cold dark place and used up within 4 hours.

2. During inoculation, local disinfection should be carried out.

3. The used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be treated innocuously.

4. The chickens should be examined one by one 7 days after being inoculated. If there is no response at the site of the pricking, the chickens should be re stabbed.
