¡¡Description

¡¾Composition¡¿The main component of the antigen was Brucella S2 strain (CVCC 70502), and the content was + + tube agglutination reaction with the national standard of positive serum diluted with 1:1000.

¡¾Character¡¿The antigen is a uniform suspension, transparent and clear liquid after long-term storage, with a small amount of bacterial precipitation at the bottom. The positive serum and negative serum were loose lumps, easy to separate from the bottle wall, and dissolved quickly after adding diluent.

¡¾Function and Use¡¿It is used to diagnose brucellosis by tube agglutination test.

¡¾Usage and Dosage¡¿The antigen should be diluted at 1:20, and the tested serum should be diluted at 1:12.5, 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, and 1:200, respectively.

¡¾Adverse reactions¡¿Generally, there were no visible adverse reactions.

¡¾Precautions¡¿

1. It is not suitable for the diagnosis of Brucella rough infection.

2. It shall not be used in case of contamination or unshakable clots.

3. Dilute with 0.5% phenol normal saline and use it within the same day.

4. Shake well when using.


¡¾Specification¡¿Antigen: 10 ml / bottle, 20 ml / bottle.

¡¾Packaging¡¿ntigen: 10 ml / bottle, 20 ml / bottle.

¡¾Storage and Validity period¡¿The antigen was stored at 2-8 ¡æ for 18 months. After the expiration of the test potency, if meet the requirements, can continue to use for 6 months. The positive serum and negative serum were stored under 8 ¡æ for 120 months.
